Benpetto is a mobile application that offers various services for pet owners. The main purpose of our platform is to support the health and welfare of pets and provide an easy and safe digital experience for their owners. Our application is closed to users under the age of 13. As Benpetto, we are committed to full compliance with global standards on child sexual abuse and child exploitation (CSAE). In line with Google Play Developer Programme Policies and international legal regulations, we apply a zero-tolerance policy against CSAE content.

2. Our Anti-CSAE Policy

Benpetto application strictly prohibits any content, activity or behaviour related to child sexual abuse and child abuse on its platform. In this context, we fulfil the following commitments:

  • Not harbouring CSAE content: Our application does not host, promote or support child sexual abuse or any content that may harm children.
  • User content moderation: All user-generated content is scrutinised through strict auditing mechanisms. In case of detection of CSAE contents or suspicious activities, necessary legal and administrative actions are taken immediately.
  • Reporting mechanisms: A specially structured reporting system is implemented against CSAE content. Users can report inappropriate content and suspicious activity quickly and easily.
  • Notification to the competent authorities: When any suspicious situation related to CSAE is detected, the necessary legal authorities and authorised bodies are immediately cooperated with.

  • User Notifications: Users have the option to report suspicious or inappropriate content directly.
  • Review Process: Reported content is reviewed by the content moderation team and removed when necessary.
  • Content Removal and Account Restriction: Content that violates our policies will be removed, and in case of repeated violations, the relevant user accounts may be suspended or banned from the platform.
  • User Blocking: Users have the option to block other users they find offensive or inappropriate. Blocked users cannot send messages, see posts or interact with the blocker. This feature is provided to protect user safety and community peace.
